To book, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to carry out the activity.
It is important that you understand our height and safety rules. When booking, a place must be reserved for each person who will be climbing according to the height category they belong to.
No right of withdrawal applies when booking an activity when you book your activity close to the chosen day (at least 2 days before).
PLEASE NOTE! All companies pay excluding VAT. If your booking request does not have the correct pricing, this will be adjusted before the booking is confirmed.
For groups of 10 participants or more, cancellation/rebooking of the entire climb must be made no later than 14 days before the booked activity. Single places can be canceled up to 5 days before the activity is carried out.
*However, if there are less than 14 days left until your climb, you have the possibility to make a rebooking for a cost of 2000:-.
For bookings of 1-9 people, the entire climb or individual places can be canceled / rebooked no later than 5 days before the booked activity. Places canceled / rebooked later than 5 days before the activity will not be refunded.

Climbing is still possible even if it rains. Bring clothes according to the weather.
Should thunderstorms occur and become a safety risk, we may need to pause or cancel the activity. This is an assessment that staff need to make on site on the same day. Most often, we can pause the climb for, for example, 30 minutes, and then continue when the thunder has moved on. You will then of course get the paused time added to your time. Should we have to close completely, we will contact you as soon as we can, and you can then come another day instead. If you cannot rebook for another day, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card, so you can visit us at a later date.
10+ participants, payment of the entire activity must be made at least 14 days before the booked activity. If the booking is not paid, and you do not show up at your booked activity, you will be liable for payment and will be invoiced for the full amount.
1-9 participants, payment of the entire activity must be made no later than 5 days before the booked activity. If the booking is not paid, and you do not show up at your booked activity, you will be liable for payment and will be invoiced for the full amount.
Children’s party: Payment can be made no later than 7 days before the booked date and it is also possible to change the number of climbing children until then
All companies have 10 days payment terms and are sent about 14 days before the booked activity.
If you book within 14 days, the invoice will be sent out as soon as it is made.
The booking center charges a fee of SEK 29 for each invoice that belongs to your booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have filled in the correct information when purchasing a gift card. Incorrect deliveries or similar, which are due to the fact that you have provided incorrect information, will not be reimbursed.
You may cancel a purchase of a gift voucher within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the gift voucher. However, exercising the right of withdrawal requires that the gift card has not been used in whole or in part. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email at boka@upzone.se and receive written confirmation.
When you make a booking or purchase at Upzone, you also agree that we, as the data controller, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking. This is done only to the extent necessary for us to carry out the activity and provide you with a high standard of customer service.
