A fast-paced team challenge filled with laughter, cooperation and competition, where teams are pitted against each other in a variety of events that test both communication and teamwork.

The team competition is a light-hearted but engaging activity where you compete against each other in a series of fun and varied events. It mixes laughter with cooperation and team spirit, and each participant becomes an important part of the team. This activity is perfect for hen parties, stag parties and other groups who want to do something different and memorable together.
You’ll be divided into teams and take on five different events followed by a final. The challenges range from tricky brain teasers to playful elements that require communication, coordination and cooperation. It’s not about physical strength, but about having fun together and playing to each other’s strengths – an activity suitable for most groups.
The team competition lasts about 1.5 hours and consists of 5 events followed by a final. The activity is outdoors, can be booked for 3-200 participants and is conducted in Swedish or English.

The park is located in the Skatås exercise center area. If you are parked or on foot, pass the Skatås exercise center and continue towards the ski club. Keep right at the first turn after passing the ski club and continue in the direction of the road until you see gravel courts (volleyball courts).
Walk past the gravel fields and keep them on your left while walking towards the forest where you will eventually see our UPZONE signs. From the parking lot it is about 650m and takes about 10 minutes to walk. You will find the check-in in our container where we then go up together to our high altitude tracks in the forest.
